1. When will my order be delivered?
The shipping times vary depending on which shipping option you choose at checkout.
- Standard Shipping - within 7 days
- Expedited Shipping - within 5 days
- Priority Shipping - within 3 days
- UPS delivery times are dependent on the options available at checkout
2. Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we only ship within the U.S.
3. Can I change my shipping address?
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible to request the necessary change.
As there is a small window of time from when we receive orders to processing them, we may be able to change the address in time. However, if your order has already been processed, please note there may be additional charges incurred to change the shipping address.
EspressoWorks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
4. How do I track my order?
Please choose the appropriate shipping option at checkout to receive a tracking number.
5. My machine was damaged on delivery.
Oh no! While we take the utmost care in packaging our products safely and securely, we cannot control the handling by our delivery partners. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Please take photos/videos of the damages and get in touch with us at cs@espresso-works.com.
6. I still haven’t received my order.
If you have waited for an unusually long time to receive your order, please get in touch via our Contact Us form and please include your order number and any tracking information.
